Bank holiday bin collection changes
- Summer bank holiday Monday 25 August 2025: No collections. All collections that week will be one day later. Collections will return to normal from Monday 1 September 2025.
Collection schedule
Use our postcode checker to find out which bin to put out on your collection day. You can also download a PDF collection schedule to keep on your digital device, or print off a copy. These are valid from November 2024 to October 2025.
Make sure your bins are at the boundary of your property by 6.45am on your collection day. Please remove them from pathways as soon as possible after collection.
Free email and text reminders
Never miss a bin collection by signing up to our free MyDacorum service. You can choose to get an email or text reminder the night before your collection, telling you which bins to put out.
Waste alerts
Sometimes extreme weather or other issues beyond our control can disrupt bin collections. You can get updates about changes to your normal collections sent straight to your mobile phone.
