Tenants' and Leaseholders' Survey 2022

Since 2012, we have carried out a satisfaction survey every two years to build up a picture of how satisfied our tenants and leaseholders are with various aspects of the service we provide.

Our 2022 survey was originally planned for publication in January, but we took a decision to delay slightly, because the Housing Regulator was undertaking a consultation around social housing residents' satisfaction surveys. You can find out more in their Consultation Document

We are now planning to publish our next survey this summer. We will encourage responses and aim to make sure that it represents our tenant population in terms of age, gender, property type and location. We will send out text messages, make phone calls to randomly selected phone numbers and visit our sheltered schemes to ask our older tenants what they think.
