Tenants' and Leaseholders' Survey 2020

The 2020 Housing Satisfaction Survey is now closed and the results will be published soon.

Every two years we carry out a satisfaction survey to build up a picture of how satisfied our tenants and leaseholders are with various aspects of the service we provide.

We aim to make sure that the survey represents our tenant population in terms of age, gender, property type and location. We sent out text messages, made phone calls to randomly selected phone numbers and visited our sheltered schemes during January and February 2020 to ask our older tenants what they think.

As a thank you for your time, we also had a free prize draw, limited to one entry per person, for the chance to win one of three £50 supermarket shopping vouchers (or a credit on your rent account for the same value).

The closing date for entries was 28 February 2020. The results will be published on our website, social media and in News and Views articles from March 2020. The winners of our free prize draw will be also be announced during this time.
