Advice on food allergies for businesses and consumers

New legislation came into force in December 2014 which requires food businesses to provide allergy information on food sold unpackaged. For example, catering outlets, deli counters, bakeries and sandwich bars. Changes to existing legislation on labelling allergenic ingredients in prepacked foods also came into effect.
