If you prefer, you can also complete your application online and submit the supporting documents and fees by post.
Apply by post
If you'd rather use a paper application:
- Download the correct form from the Planning Portal.
- Print, complete and send to us. You will only need to provide one copy of the documents.

Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
Every planning application, including those for Lawful Development Certificates, must include a CIL Additional Information Form (see below).
We require this to:
- check if a charge applies
- calculate the amount of CIL payable
- provide advice on any possible relief and the associated relief procedure.
