Planning Performance Agreements
Planning Performance Agreements
A Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) is a project management tool that helps parties work together to agree timescales, actions and resources for handling planning applications. It creates a clear project plan, helping us review your scheme without unnecessary delays, giving you more certainty.
PPAs can cover all stages of the planning process - from pre-application through to post-application, including the discharge of planning conditions. They are particularly useful for determining large and/or complex planning applications. They can help bring together other parties, such as statutory consultees.
Our dedicated team will support your project from start to finish. We aim to provide a collaborative, reliable service based on an agreed, realistic timetable and regular engagement with you, stakeholders, and the local community. This helps ensure a positive and timely outcome.
