• Bins and recycling

  Visit our bins and recycling page to:

  • Report that your bins have not been collected.
  • Report that rubbish or furniture has been dumped in the bin area
  • Arrange to have old furniture or large household items collected.
• Grass, hedge, shrub and tree maintenance

  Email cleansafegreen@dacorum.gov.uk to:

  • Report that the grass has not been cut
  • Report that hedges or shrubs in your shared area need cutting back
  • You have a tree that is causing problems.
• Invoice payments

  If you want to pay an invoice and have all the details you need, call 08453 70 60 70 (24 hours).

  Call our Customer Accounts team on 01442 228000 (and ask for Customer Accounts) or email customer.accounts@dacorum.gov.uk if you want to pay an invoice but:

  • you don’t have your account number or invoice number
  • you don’t know how much you need to pay, or
  • you need to discuss paying by instalments.
• Cleaning

  If you're not happy with the cleaning of the shared areas at your block, please email housingcleaning@dacorum.gov.uk.
