Letting your leasehold property

Letting your leasehold property

As the leaseholder, you are free to let out your property as a landlord, provided you:

  • Let us know that you are renting out the property
  • Give us your new address and phone numbers
  • Provide contact details for your tenants, any key holders and your managing agent if you are using one. We may need to contact them if there are any problems with the flat, such as a burst water pipe
  • Make sure that your tenants keep to the terms of the lease, as you are responsible for their actions.
