Virtual office services
Our virtual office includes mail handling and a call answering (call whisper) service, each priced at £30 plus VAT per month. You can choose one or both, depending on your needs.
Call whisper service
- A professional receptionist answers your calls and takes messages when you’re unavailable. Messages are then emailed to you.
- A local phone number is provided, with the option to buy a memorable number you can keep even if you close your virtual office.
Mail handling service
- A personal mailbox accessible during working hours.
- When letters or parcels arrive in reception, our team will notify you by email.
- Access to our franking machine for lower postal costs and daily mail collection.
