Our parking payment provider is PayByPhone.
How to use PayByPhone
Via the app
- Download the PayByPhone app from the App Store, Google Play or AppGallery.
- Enter the location code (found on the side of the Pay and Park machine or on nearby signage if there are no machines), select your stay duration, and confirm.
Via phone, website or text

You can also watch demonstration videos on how to use the app and service.
Costs
- Service charge: 5p (added to the cost of your parking session)
- Optional text reminders: 20p each.
If you don't have a smartphone
You can use any mobile phone to buy a parking session by calling 0330 400 7275 or texting 65565. You can also pay by cash or card if there is a Pay and Park machine at that location. Please check the signage.
