Sureserve Compliance Central

Sureserve Compliance Central (formerly Aaron Services) is a specialist provider of domestic and commercial heating services. It is Dacorum Borough Council's gas and central heating repairs contractor and it maintains heating systems in more than 210,000 individual homes throughout central England and the Midlands and completes an annual installation rate of over 9,000 new heating systems every year

Its in-house delivery teams are highly responsive. It operates a 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year rota, which gives it flexibility and ensures it meets its client’s requirements at all times. Its workforce comprises installation, maintenance and service engineers qualified in all fuel types, including gas, oil, solid fuel and renewable technologies; complemented by a team of electricians and multi-skilled tradespeople. Its contact centres provide a local point of contact for its clients and customers, while its in-house ICT team and systems can rapidly respond to the evolving requirements of its clients, enabling them to provide bespoke ICT solutions free of charge.

Dacorum Borough Council: Maylands Business Centre and Kylna Business Centre

Maylands Business Centre is our business incubation site. It provides modern, serviced facilities to start-up, micro or small Dacorum businesses. Located on Redbourn Road, the centre offers 14 serviced offices and 23 light industrial units, while Kylna Business Centre on Maylands Avenue houses eight serviced offices

Our aim is to assist businesses to grow and develop to a stage where they are ready to move into private commercial properties within three years.

The services extend to those businesses who are not yet ready to take on premises, through our mail handling, virtual office facilities, meeting room hire and free hot desks. We have 10 desks which can be booked by the hour, day or week to suit requirements.

Connect Dacorum

Community Action Dacorum is offering Dacorum’s Den winners free annual membership to its Connect Dacorum Networking Group to help them build contacts with local businesses and organisations.

Connect Dacorum is proud to be Dacorum’s longest running networking group and it connects local businesses with each other, and also with the local community. Its business members all have one thing in common, they want to make their community a better place.

It runs regular networking events which aren’t about collecting business cards and making referrals but about making connections and building relationships. It also runs community projects led from what businesses have told them are important to them, as well as a need from local charities or schools.
